Sierra Nevada stretches the boundaries of India Pale Ales, from midnight black color to a hazy white, and from experimental ingredients to innovative brewing equipment. While different in color and character, the 4-Way IPA 12-pack unites through intense hoppy flavors presented in new ways, underscoring Sierra Nevada’s passionate and progressive take on whole-cone hops. The variety pack will be available in March and should last through July.
The 4-Way IPA Variety Pack includes:
Torpedo® Extra IPA is an aggressive yet balanced beer with massive hop aromas of citrus, pine, and tropical fruit. The Torpedo uses the brewery’s unique “Hop Torpedo” method, a revolutionary dry-hopping device that controls how much hop aroma is imparted into beer without adding additional bitterness.
Snow Wit White IPA is brewed from from an authentic Belgian yeast, with seven varieties of experimental dwarf hops. Dwarf Hops yield a denser heap of cones with unique flavors that diverge from their full-grown botanical counterparts creating untried and exciting shifts in hop character.
Nooner Session IPA is light in body but big in hops. By using intense, whole-cone American hops, this session beer offers hop assertiveness with an easy drinkability.
Blindfold Black IPA is an evolution of a Beer Camp recipe that blankets us in darkness yet maintains a surprisingly light body and bold, hoppy character. Like its name, Blindfold is a bit disorienting—the color of a stout with the intense, hop-forward flavors of an IPA.
