Just North of the nation’s capitol, The Glenbrook Residence was designed by David Jameson in Bethesda, Maryland. The concept for the house was to create three distinct structures, one for the guests (entry space, garage and guest bedrooms), one for the private and one where the two can co-exist. With the building made entirely from natural materials, the structure also ties both the guest and private wings to the outdoors with stunning terraces and large glass windows. Furthermore, the building is sustainable with the addition of an underground spring-fed water furnace HVAC system.
